Audison APX5 PRIMA Series 5" 50W RMS (150W Peak) 4-Ohm 2-Way Coaxial Car Speakers (Pair)

Engineered for Precision and Clarity

Experience detailed, balanced audio with the Audison APX5 PRIMA Series 5-inch coaxial speakers. The concentric coaxial tweeter design positions the tweeter at the woofer's acoustic center for improved phase alignment and a cohesive soundstage. The Precision Acoustic Lens enhances off-axis performance, helping maintain a smooth, linear frequency response even in challenging door installations. A 32 mm pure copper voice coil supports power handling and precise low-frequency control for dynamic sound reproduction.

Compact Design with Water-Resistant Construction

The APX5 features an optimized mounting depth, low-profile basket, and integrated tweeter to simplify installation in tight spaces and support OEM integration. Its water-resistant cone is made from FEM-optimized, water-repellent paper for reliable performance in varying environments. The Triple Wave Suspension system, with a TPU surround and distinctive three-wave profile, promotes smooth, linear cone movement for consistent and accurate sound reproduction.

Durable Construction and Reliable Connections

A protective basket finish resists abrasion and scratches, while damping epoxy adhesive helps improve structural rigidity and reduce unwanted resonance. High-current terminals with dual-contact Fast-On connectors provide convenient, reliable wiring. A temperature-resistant cover adds protection against short circuits, supporting dependable operation over time.

Precision Tuned with KLIPPEL Technology

Each component is engineered using KLIPPEL technology, applying advanced measurement and refinement processes to optimize acoustic performance, precision, and consistency. With 50W RMS power handling, 150W peak power handling, and 4-ohm impedance, the APX5 is designed to deliver clear, controlled audio for everyday driving.

Upgrade Your Car Audio with Audison APX5

Enjoy clear, detailed sound with the Audison APX5 PRIMA Series coaxial speakers. Featuring a concentric tweeter design, water-resistant cone, compact mounting profile, and precision-engineered components, this speaker pair is a practical upgrade for drivers seeking refined audio performance and reliable construction.

Concentric Coaxial Tweeter Design: Tweeter is mounted within the woofer, creating a single point of sound emission for perfect phase alignment and a realistic sound stage similar to high-end component systems.
Precision Acoustic Lens: Specially engineered tweeter lens ensures exceptionally linear frequency response, even in challenging off-axis in-door installations.
High-Power Voice Coil: 32 mm pure copper voice coil delivers superior power handling and precise low-frequency control for dynamic performance.
Optimized Mounting Depth: Compact, low-profile basket and integrated tweeter design make it ideal for OEM integration and tight spaces.
Advanced Water-Resistant Cone: FEM-optimized, water-repellent paper cone ensures accurate sound reproduction and long-lasting durability.
Triple Wave Suspension: TPU surround with unique “triple wave” profile allows smooth, linear excursion for accurate sound across all volumes.
Durable, Protected Basket: Abrasion- and scratch-resistant compact basket with damping epoxy adhesive for enhanced structural stability and noise reduction.
High Current Terminals: Dual-contact Fast-On terminals ensure quick, secure connections and high flexibility, with a temperature-resistant cover to prevent short circuits.
Engineered with KLIPPEL Technology: Designed and refined using the KLIPPEL suite for maximum precision, performance, and consistency.
